atv winch kit

atv manual plow lift? I am currently using the winch to work the plow ,,I m thinking of purchaceing the electric plow lift kit ,,,is the manual plow lift hard to use??? which is the better of the two amos is correct winch is better, not worth installing elec lift kit(expense and time) as for the manual it gets really heavy and cumbersom when you plow alot especially in the really cold months. you have the winch and are used to using it, why not continue?
