what should i do my winch and spreader is draining my atv battery?

my atvs battery keeps getting drained by the winch. i have a honda trx250ex and a plow and soon i will have a spreader so i will probably really have battery problems i got a battery tender but haven't tried it out i might use my plow all day i might run separate battery's or something any suggestions

you need a larger alternator....your battery is being drained faster than juice can be restored by the alternator. Just like if you add fog lights or a winch or even a high end sound system to a jeep...you need an alternator that can supply enough juice to the battery, otherwise you`ll run the battery dry
